1. Q - Is the workout program free?
No. I’ve put all my energy and knowledge into making this program the past 6 months, and it’s been a lot of hard work. Just having the videos uploaded with professional design for you all costs money each month. My YouTube videos are free to watch, but this has simply been too much work to release for free. This is also the first time for you to support my work economically :)

2. Q - Is it only videos? Or is there also a workout program?
Of course there is also a workout program with levels, sets, reps etc! The videos are just guides to the different exercises!

3. Q - When will i get results?
Results differs, depending on each individual and the effort they put in to the training, work hard and the results will come.

4. Q - Is it a one time payment?
Yes of course. Once you’ve paid you will have unlimited access forever.

5. Q - Does it include a nutrition guide?
No. This focuses on the workouts primarily. Nutrition guide as an extra feature is already in process!

6. Q - I’m a total beginner. Can i start this program?
Yes! The program is designed for beginners who can’t even do a single pull yet, to the advanced calisthenics enthusiast.

7. Q - Will i have to workout all the time?
No. The workout program is based one exactly how i made my progress from beginner to advanced - by doing full body workout routines every second day. The workouts lasts between 1 and 2,5 hours.

8. Q - For how many weeks can i use the workout program?
The workout program is based on levels, not weeks. Therefore, it depends on the individuals effort, body type, starting level and other factors. Some would be able to use it for 4 months, others maybe 2 years!

We use no weights or supplements, we only workout with our own BODYWEIGHT and only eat homemade food! No protein shakes etc.! 100% ALL NATURAL!
